Great location in nice quiet residential area 2min walk from the canoe lake and bus stop right outside, helpful and friendly staff especially at breakfast. Felt the deco was on the cheap but certainly cheerful, and noticed wall paper job particularly neat! Bedding and bathroom were great, overall enjoyed our 1 night stay.

A large hotel and restaurant situated in a great location - particularly handy if you are catching a ferry from Portsmouth. The room was warm, quiet, and clean with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a cheap but decent restaurant attached, and the full English breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and there were CCTV cameras watching over the large attached car park.

Great location for Southsea ships and seafront. Very quiet and private and very comfortable. It’s has all you need for a short stay and simple cooking or heating up stuff. Great little sun terrace. I had a couple of minor problems and they were sorted out immediately, for which I am grateful.
