The view from the room is just mesmerising. Hosts are amazing, they make you feel so comfortable. Worth every penny spent and would definitely like to visit back Bay and Bridge!

Great staff, frendly and helpful. Clean and cosy room, very quiet. Excellent free wi-fi. Both pub and restaurant welcoming and with great food and drinks. Right on the canal, perfect to go for a walk or relax in the garden. We loved it.

I loved how comfortable the place was. The garden was so adorable! In nicer weather I would have spent more time there. Shower was nice. Bed was comfy. The robes made my stay! and the comfy blankets! Lynda was so lovely and accommodating. She booked us a taxi for the following day, she made breakfast for us the night before so we can have it early before our flight!

Stunning property! We had such a lovely and relaxing stay. Dannii was such a wonderful and welcoming host. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh. Quiet location - just a short Uber or Taxi drive from the city.

We stayed in Caledonia House last night on our way back to Edinburgh from highlands. It was a very cosy place to stay and we were delighted when we reached there. We checked in at 2 am in the night and the owner was extremely kind and helpful and accommodated us very happily. The room/bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. Throughout the stay, the owner made sure we had the most comfortable stay.

Such a wonderful accommodation! Nice clean rooms, the host(Kathy) and her husband were very kind and courteously. There was a basket of foods and a filled fridge for breakfast. Everything was very nice. A wonderful terrace and garden and nothing to miss. Big thanks to Kathy and her husband. Good place for trips to Edinburgh, Bus stops nearby. We've had a great time there visiting the Royal Highland Show and Edinburgh.
