Wonderful. Met by Paul for breakfast and he was a pleasure to talk with. He shared about the family of swans that came to eat each morning. He went above and beyond expectations by assisting us to get documents to get an emergency passport! Also, the evening gal at the desk was very helpful too. We loved sitting by the fire with a drink in the evening.

Charming old property on the outside in a cul de sac just off the main road. 10min. walk into Shepperton village which has a couple of nice eateries and a great butcher. The room I was in was a good size with a comfy double bed, easy chair and small desk. The shower room was compact but layout worked well. The team were friendly and helpful, and very accommodating, as I made a last minute booking and was a late arrival.
