The location has a beautiful view outside, which was relaxing, and it's in a pretty good spot to allow you to explore the rest of the region. The breakfast was all home-made on the spot and the host was, without exaggeration, the kindest and most welcoming one I have met in a long time - she was an absolute joy to talk to.

The host was excellent! We arrived later via car after delays for road work and closed road due to auto accident. The host was gracious to fix two cheese sandwiches, cookies, two pieces of cake and fresh coffee. The breakfast was very good. When traveling to Uig, book this B&B!

Plenty of outside space also. The location was excellent with the Quiraing range right beside it and also a great location for exploring the rest of Skye. The views where outstanding and you could never get tired of them. Inside it was clean, comfortable and well equipped and suited our needs for a busy walking and exploring holiday.

The accommodation is not in walking distance of eating places but we ate at the Columba 1400 Youth Project restaurant just a few miles down the road in Staffin which was excellent - great food and staff. Do eat there! The accommodation is well positioned to explore particularly the Northern part of Skye which we did and enjoyed very much. We would like to return to Skye and would definitely stay again at Beinn Edra House.GailYoung couple
