Clare was wonderful, quite helpful and welcoming. She recommended things to do in the area that were tailored to guest interests as well as places to eat. Breakfast was nice and the room was cozy, comfy, clean and inviting. Nice shower too!

The extremely polite host keeps an immaculate and well thought out house with amusing but good decorative Scottish maritime style. All extremely tastefully done, which is really a job with this sort of stuff. A good breakfast. Silence, and a glorious view over Tobermory harbor come with the room - which was clean as possible, warm and very comfy. A nice place. On site parking was easy. A nice climb down the mountain into town gave us 5 or 6 acceptable restaurants within a light walk

He introduced us to the local biscuits made on the island, they are really yummy and we bought packets to bring home too! As we had heavy suitcases, John very generously brought them down to the bus station in his car for us. A great guy!

But it did the job for the 2 days we were there. Great bar and seating area outside. Excellent breakfast, great choice and the evening meals were just as good. Staff were wonderful!
