The appartment is really centrally located, just 6-7 minute walk from the sea and 2-3 minute walk from the centre. Our room was in the basement but it had windows. The bed with the double matress was quite big and comfy. The room, the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The owner was helpful. It was a perfect place for us.

Very nice cozy spot. Clean and nicely decorated, plus a pretty view of the yard in the back. Easy to check in and out by myself. Perfect for getting to the airport or Knossos and avoiding the traffic of the city center. Lots of parking available on the street.

It has a private beach with free sunbeds on the seaside, so no extra cost. The parking is free and located next to the property with an access code gate. Next to the property is a nice taverna "Waves Beach Bar Restaurant" with very good greek food. They have an exotic parrot as their mascot. The water is not very deep, with sandy bottom (at the shore at least) and the beach is supervised by a lifeguard.

They upgraded our room and had a private pool in our room. The staff was very nice and helpful. There are also small shops and restaurants nearby. Beach is at 5 mins walk. Hotel restaurant is tasty but very cheap. We enjoyed staying here, it was one of our best accomodations ever.

The apartment is really clean and new, with every comfort, it has a good sea view from its private terrace. The beach is practically in front of the house, the same for the bus ( which can take u to cnosso or Heraklion city centre in 5 min or to the airport at price of 2.50€one way or 5€ daily). The apartment is in Ammoudara, a little quiet town. Really great location - first line, their own sunloungers, many good taverns around. 10 min by car to the center of Heraclion or 15-20 min by bus. Very good pool. Free private parking. Clean room - they change towels and bedlinen every three days. Good beach bar. The choise of food is not so various, but everything was really tasty and cheape. Especially pasta Napoletana :) Higly recomend.
