Clean and nice hotel, perfect view on the Livadia bay from the balcony. Very quiet as it is not on the main part of the harbour. We had our bicycles so transportation was easy, but get in mind if you don't have any transportation that you need to walk a bit (20min) to reach the first tavernas and cafés. With an extra payment you can have breakfast.

I was given a super clean studio with a huge balcony overlooking beautiful mountains. The wi-fi connection was fast and reliable and the whole location was quiet. The owner, Yianni (John) was very helpful, he picked me up from the port and dropped me off later on. My studio was 1 minuet walk from the bus stop to Livadia and the beautiful beach of Eristos.

The location is so lovely as it’s a little walk from the main centre which I thoroughly enjoyed for the peace and quiet. Livadia beach is beautiful and there is a little private beach across the road from the rooms. Easy access to the walks from livadia too. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Tilos.

Our room had a lovely new bathroom and beautiful shady balcony for relaxing and enjoying the sunset and beautiful turquoise sea view. Maria was kind and welcoming with great local knowledge and we enjoyed her delicious home made cakes and Greek coffee for breakfast. Breakfast takes place on the peaceful terrace overlooking the sea. We will come back, thank you Maria 😊

Very well equipped for self catering, daily cleaning and lovely person who did this made our stay even more enjoyable. We declined the car as we are keen walkers and enjoyed the hill climb. It's located a short walk from Livadia beach and the town, at a quiet location with a beautiful garden. As we travel with our own car, the private parking was a big plus. The quiet location by the sea not far from the town of Livadi abut far enough to guarantee peace and relaxation, the staff, the very welcoming hosts. Mr D. Koukakis, the manager is exceptionally efficient, caring and welcoming and so are his parents. A very nice family run hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms, private chairs and sun umbrellas at the guests' disposal in a small, nice beach in front of the hotel.
