Imagine an idyllic place, arranged with great taste (original old Indian style - every room is a piece of art!), in the middle of a coconut tree garden, green and flowers everywhere. With hosts who do everything to make your stay perfect Spotless clean - the rooms and the entire house. Speechless. Awesome pool Very close to the sea - you have your own private route to the beach Incredible fresh and tasty breakfast, in a great atmosphere (spoiler alert - coconut water every morning from the backyard !) Filtered water available at any time Excellent wifi Quiet. Just so quiet. You can hear your thoughts. The hosts are well aware of best European standards and you can see that at every moment Gym outside for who wants to exercise, but i took the pool Great garden and pool view, with common space balcony Lots of great recommendations for outside activities I just dont have enough words to explain how perfect everything was. We will definetely come back.

After one month in Goa, I can easily say this is by far the best place we have stayed in. The cleanliness is unbeatable, you will see their standard in very little other places. Dala the manager is the sweetest and the most professional Indian that has crossed our way, taking an extraordinary care about her guests and even their personalised needs, we did fully trust her and other staff too. Location is very central, not far from the beach, not noisy. There are even 2 bigger supermarkets just meters away which also is not a standard around other towns in the state. Goa has general electricity problems but during our week stay at Albuquerque the Wifi had worked well enough for us to be able to do videoconferencing without interruptions. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent and trustworthy place which seem to be very rare. Thank you for everything!

We had a very pleasant stay at the facility. The owner ist definitely one of a kind, for us the best so far throughout India. The rooms are very spacious and have all the comforts needed for a short as well as for a long stay. Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is not always natural. Whatever was needed during our stay, we count on the help from Edward. Towels get changed in regular basis and room cleaning is also included during stay. We warmly recommend the place.

We stayed here to visit Candolim & other parts of North Goa. This is a family run property. The owners stay on the ground floor. The location is very close (just walking distance) to the Candolim beach in an area where all required shops & restaurants are nearby. The property itself has limited parking, however the Candolim beach parking (paid) is located just besides, we had parked our car there & it was very convenient to get to it for our daily trips in North Goa. The room has all the amenities like wifi, geyser, AC, refrigerator, fan, etc & also a private balcony. Breakfast/lunch/dinner facility is available & food can be ordered to be brought to your room or rooftop. On top of this, the owners Arnold & Melania & the roomboy Raju were very warm, friendly & polite. This property has got a very lovely vibe of family, which made our stay really pleasant. Arnold & Melania were always willing to help us with anything. We were with our infant & my family felt safe & comfortable here. Overall, it was really worth it & we had a fantastic experience !! We feel this is the best accomodation in North Goa especially when visiting with family.

This place was amazing! It was my favorite staying through my hole trip. The privacy was incredible, the other guests was quiet and respectful, the staff was super kind and helpful, everything was nice and clean, the windows has mosquito net over them, so you can get fresh air with getting any bites, there is Ac and also fan, the location is great, super close to the beach and there is supermarket just few minutes walk, and ATM close enough to walk.

Super property. Room size is bigger and it's like a suit. Feeling second home away from home. Cautious, helpful staff and owner was superb. Definitely visit again, and recommended for guests whether travelling single ,with friends, couple or family. So many dining access nearby, beach is nearby. Comfortable big size room, 24 hours hot water. It's actually 1 BHK type. Awesome experience.

I liked the atmosphere so much, I can recommend it to anyone who likes good dishes (as you get the best out of the best here), who wants to meet amazing people and wants to spend the best time on Candolim,goa. The location is amazing, as you have literally everything in the cycle of 200-300 meters from the place that you need for a holiday. Nitin in the bar is the best person that you ever wanted to be welcomed in goa! We will definitely come back here!
