Booked this hotel as it was close to the venue of a family wedding. Used the room for getting ready rather than for overnight stay but suited my needs. Hotel was very clean and accommodating, very helpful during booking and offered early check out and late check out for a small fee. Room was very clean and suited my needs, Staff were very helpful. We loved the location of the guesthouse in the heart of the historic town of Panjim. The hosts Jeanine and Clifford were lovely, made us feel at home and gave us valuable tips for sightseeing. The room was comfortable: the AC was efficient but quiet, we had plenty of hot water for the shower. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, there is a pleasant terrace on the roof. We would definitely want to stay there again next time when we shall go to Goa.
