We had a great time in Acquaviva Picena and at BB Verdemare. The property has optimal facilities including the swimming pool and a nice garden overlooking the hills. Staff was extremely attentive. Breakfast included homemade pastries that were superb! The room and the bathroom were perfect for our family and the beds were very comfortable. Ideal location near the sea and the hills with very good options for dinner around like Osteria del Borgo which was simply great.

We loved everything about this property. It is perched right at the top of a hill and overlooks the stunning mountains and valley. What a gorgeous view from our rooms. The porches off the bedrooms are equipped with tables and chairs for your morning coffee, and again…the view…oh my! The beds are very comfortable, the closets are spacious, the bathrooms are super modern and everything is clean, clean, clean! Breakfast…what can I say about breakfast except that it’s the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a Bed and Breakfast - what a beautiful spread of cereals, fruit, breads, cookies, cakes, meats and each day a main course representative of an Italian region. And, weather permitting, breakfast is a sit down meal, served outdoors alfresco under a vine canopy - talk about a truly a Italian experience! And when possible, ingredients from their own garden were included. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it too looks out over the mountains. Our nieces were thoroughly entertained by the pool, the large trampoline, visits to the donkeys and farm animals and playing with Salva the family dog. And last but not least, the hosts - truly you couldn’t ask for more hospitable, warm and accommodating hosts. Jacobo and his lovely wife are the quintessential Italian hosts. In other words, they make guests feel welcome and cared for! We loved our stay here and highly recommend it AND we hope to return some day soon!

We spent only one night at Zona Franca but we definitely wished to stay more. The location is amazing and the view is breathtaking. We loved the place! Also our room was very spacious and with all the necessary comforts, including an amazing terrace with view. We had a celebration for a birthday for dinner and food was delicious, as well as the morning after breakfast was amazing. Mrs Paola was wonderful with us and we cannot wait to come back.
