Haus Lasaun exceeded our expectations! The photos does not do this place justice. The view from our room was so beautiful. The rooms are very well designed, and super comfortable. The whole place is very well kept, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was big, delicious and a good balance of savoury and sweet. Daniel, was the most hospitable and kind host. From the moment we booked, Daniel answered all of our questions, and was very easy to communicate with during and after our stay. Daniel thought of everything for his guests, picked us up from the train station, gave us Brixen cards, and held our luggage while we hiked for 8 days. Haus Lasaun was definitely worth every penny, if anything we got a lot more from what we paid for. We highly recommend Haus Lasaun! We will be back!

I arrived late, so I receive instructions how to enter the building and get the key. The room was comfortable and clean, next morning I did the formalities with a very kind lady at the reception and had the self service breakfast before departure

Such a long story by gen to gen before coming a nice hotel in a small town. New renovation room is nice and cozy to stay. Breakfast in nice prepared table and varieties of choice with good quality. Impressed about Customer Experience even the piece of paper on the table. It has both nice to know today and recommendations. I wish to come back again with longer stay than this trip.

Owner was very responsive to our questions, friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Room was small (approx. 15 sq. m) but functional. Room was adequately clean. Bathroom was roomy, not compact. Location was perfect for the hiking activities that we planned. WiFi was good and stable. Plenty of parking spots available outside of the building during our stay. Good size grocery store below at street level. Great Bakery next door. Good Kebab across the street. Great Price for the location and room size. We would definitely stay again when visiting the Dolomites!

We stayed for a week at the Alpenhof and had a fantastic time. We had booked the small room which was perfect for our needs as we were out most of the day. The beds were comfortable and there was plentiful bedding and excellent water pressure in the shower. The view from our terrace was stunning and a joy to wake up to every day. Our host was friendly and kind and made us incredible comfortable. The room was cleaned excellently each day. TV had English language news channels (BBC World and Sky). The hotel is located about 17 mins drive out of Brixen and is well served by a bus route (that also allows you to get to a lot of Dolomites sites with ease), however the drive did initally feel a bit sketchy until we got used to it. These are high narrow roads with hairpins and some slightly squeamish dropoffs, however for the the beautiful location this was well worth it. We were located within about 60 - 90 mins drive of Seceda / Seiser Alm / Munkel-Weg so were able to see all the things we wanted with ease. Supremely good value for location and the peace and tranquility of the view - utterly beautiful. There are plentiful places to eat in Brixen (you may need to plan meals ahead a little as any places in the village of Afers itself shut early) and a fantastic Pizza place at the bottom station of the Plose Cable car. The Brixencard you get with your stay is brilliant - we got free trips in the Plose Cable car, free entry to the lovely Brixen Aquapark, and free entry to the Otzi the Iceman exhibit in Bolsano. Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property if you get the chance.
