Everything was new, clean and well designed. The location, in the Italian countryside, is beautiful, with a nice view to the nearby villages. The owners, a polite Italian family, were very helpful. Coffee and pastries are offered in a nearby Cafeteria.

Everything is perfect!!!!!!! The location of the house is very close to the city center, which is a 15-minute walk away. The surroundings are also nice, quiet and beautiful. The house is well decorated by the owner and everything is clean. The room I was in was decorated in blue, just the right color that I really, really like, and it felt great. The landlord was also super friendly and gave me a lot of help in getting around. At breakfast every day, we also have a lot of interesting exchanges, which is a memorable part of the trip.;)

Excellent location for access to Castelfidardo. Magnificent views from the rear balcony. Parking within the property. Exceptional hosts. Stefania took it upon herself to collect a pizza for us on the first night to save us time to get to a concert that we booked impromptu. Roberto guided us to the location of the concert, and the following day gave us a quick guided tour of the places we wanted to visit, as well as introducing us to an accordion manufacturer.
