this hotel is in a good positon at the city center, room facing the mountains have a very nice view. staff is very friendly and kind, excellent! our room was in the residence part and not in the hotel. this additional house seems in state of renovation, there were works in progress like painting and refurbishment. unfortunately very annoying. the room was in need of renovation as quite old , with bathroom in need of full renovation and cleaning, not happy on that. the wellness area was closed, except for a small swimming pool. on the other hand the main hotel is kept in a marvelous state. staff friendly ed very efficient. dinner very good, breakfast exceptional. price was little less than 300 per night, that is not cheap! , but in this area it seems in the average price I would say experience negative in the garni residence dependance, excellent in the hotel. don't take the residence dependance!
