The hotel offers fantastic value for its price. The cleanliness truly stands out, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a pleasure to relax in the courtyard, which features two sun loungers and umbrellas. Having access to a kitchen where guests can cook for themselves is a significant advantage. And on our departure, the homemade croissant and refreshing juice they provided were a delightful and thoughtful touch.

We can highly recommend the terrazza con l ulivo guesthouse. Claudia & Filippo welcomed us very nicely and were great hosts. The place is fully renovated with a beautiful seaview (you can even see a small part of the sea when lying in bed) There is a coffee machine, Toaster and small fridge but no full Kitchen. The terrazza is also very nice to have Breakfast and relax in the evening. During the day it can be a bit hot. There are restaurants and a small Mini Market nearby (15-20min by foot). In cadimare and fezzano are small places to swim (the one in fezzano is a bit nicer). We managed everything with walking, bus & ferry. If you like hiking we recommend to go to isola palmaria with ferry from cadimare. All in all, the house is really great and we can definetly recommend to go there!

The location is very nice, hidden in the and not in the Main Street, therefore very quiet. Interior is very modern, beautiful. There were a few comments that it’s very hot, but we can’t comment on that because we stayed in autumn.

Nice surprise from the first moment! Way there via nice La Spezia area to even more beautiful marina environment. Immediately upon arrival, the staff offered us coffee (you can't refuse Italian coffee :) ), showed us the parking place for the motorbike and accommodation. The apartment was simply fantastic. Modern and tastefully furnished, with generous space and an equally spacious bathroom. Directly in front of the apartment is a pleasant sitting area with a view of the marina. The staff of the restaurant belonging to the accommodation is simply great and the food really excellent, of course also the wine, where we really appreciated the tips and advice of the waitress. Excellent place, excellent people.

Great place to stay, easy access to town and train station. The owners offer shuttle service and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They offered free water and juice as well as coffee. They picked up pastry's for breakfast. On our last day we wanted to go exploring and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel for free and even brought our luggage to the train station at no charge (we tried paying and tipping which was refused). the property is nice and comfortable with places to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Property was well maintained and had parking if you drove.

Host was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information. Room was not clean as I booked last minute. But that was attended to very quickly. The place was very clean and secure. Close to bus stops.

The room was beautiful and modern, beautiful bathroom and kitchen.. All the place very clean. The owner Barbara was very helpful.. Quiet area for sleeping, and comfortable with buses to Portovenere and La Spezia.. I really recommend this accomodation, if I go again around that area I will certainly book a room there.. Always hoping to find one available..😊
