The owners were very prompt , they even allow us to check in few hours before as we have arrived earlier. Room was excellent ,I was really impressed about the details, cleanliness ,accessories, facilities, view and so on . We really enjoyed there and we have received a nice present also from her side .One night before she was asking us what kind of breakfast we like so she would bring us in the morning. Fridge was full of products, drinks,alcohol, soft and juices,milk,chocolate and the kitchen was containing a basket with sweet snacks/ salty /water . Amazing experience, I would recommend it with pleasure

Wow. Very nice stay. Very nice staff. Very nice and super cleam room (the big one). Very nice bathroom. You can even walk (maybe 20 minutes?) on the bicycle way up to the down town. . Beach is 10 minutes drive.

It was such an amazing place, so well located in the city !! It is by far the cutest place I had the pleasure to visit during my stay in San Felice Circeo, and Elsa was an amazing host and very kind + her little dog Luna to greet us :). The little breakfast in the backyard was also a good way to start the day, we simply loved our stay there. We recommend and will definitely book again if we pass by San Felice Circeo again !!
