24 hours later and I'm still in awe of how amazing Asseu is!!!This place is absolutely stunning!!! An actual "hidden gem". I'm running out of positive verbs, so excuse the repetition: bedroom - spotlessly clean , large, modern, comfortable, every convenience and to top it off....thee most stunning view to wake up to. Plus, how can you not fall in love with a place where you go to sleep with the sound of crashing waves 🤩🤩😍😍 Staff - Sara is the most welcoming and kind host we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made our stay even more special. Thank you, thank you xx Breakfast - well, I mean, this was exceptional. There was everything we could have wished for and Sara even made us eggs to order 😍

Location was off the beaten path but only about four kilometers from Sestri Levante city center. We rode their bicycles into town on both days and this was convenient, but not an experience for the faint-hearted (traffic is intense as get close to town). Sestri Levante is charming and the cove beach area is stunning. Breakfast at the B&B is delivered outside your room in a small metal box and is adequate (a quaint approach); bread was particularly good. Staff was nice and answered our questions. They kindly provide printed information on traveling in the area in the room, which frequently isn't the case with smaller places like this (kudos to them, for sure). A good base to explore Cinque Terre by train, but you'll have to get downtown first. We also enjoyed going to Levanto, another beach town, and the very small village center just north of the B&B.

We absolutely loved the fact that it was away from the busy center. The suite we got was very spacious, beautifully designed and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. The outside garden area filled with beautiful plants. They serve a big assortment of sweet and savory breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice. This was definitely the best place we’ve ever stayed in, though we travel a lot! Everything is very clean, rooms are in perfect conditions, new and comfortable. Every detail and furniture is selected with love and refined taste. Hosts Tina and Luca are amazing and lovely people. Tina’s breakfasts and table settings are incredible and something special! Calm and perfect place for couples and families. Highly recommended!

The kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances, including coffee, sugar, olive oil and vinegar. It was very nice to find a bottle of wine in the fridge. A real Italian home! Very good location, close to the train station and a short walk from the city center, in a quiet area. The owner was very nice and helpful, thank you Rosita for everything!

I really cannot find a negative point in this property, and Luca is really nice and helpful with a lot of things to do, drink and eat around Sestri Levante. I will recommend the apartment without any doubts. - good parking spot at the property - nice bathroom - really sufficient place for a little family, quiet and not to far from the crowded city center.

Parking outside free too. Would definitely go back again.
