The staff were the kindest people I've encountered on a ski trip! Always proposing to help, giving good tips and tricks, bringing us to the slopes.. they made our stay exceptional. Nice common room with fun games, tv, books... It's a nice warming place to have a good tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Location was convenient, only few minutes walk from bar, restaurant, Onsen and the slopes.

They offer transfers to/from the ski fields each day which was much appreciated. Staying at the Madarao Elm is a great option for those who are looking for an authentic experience.
