Firstly, the location is fantastic. The bungalows are a super short walk from the Orchid Pier. Secondly, the staff is so nice and welcoming. Thirdly, they give you a 20 liter jug of water that you can use for drinking water (this is all included). The beds were comfortable, the fan worked great, and the mosquito net did it's job. While there is no restaurant on site, several nice places to eat are a short stroll away. After staying at the more "luxury" places along the beach during previous stays on the island, we felt more at home and more comfortable at Sunny Bungalows.

Mela and Ian are excellent hosts, very sweet and attentive. The guesthouse is located on a quieter part of the village but still very close to the beach and everything else around. The rooms are simple, yet very comfortable. They serve some amazing dumplings, some of the best that I have ever eaten, and they are also very cheap. I've really enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to come back someday.

Really nice cottage with AC and small terrace, just on the beach. We tried almost everything from the restaurant and it was delicious. Prices for meals, alkohol and beverages are lower than in any place on the island but still bit too expensive for Cambodia. Owners are really kind and helpful people, they are working hard to keep everything as it should be. It is good to buy breakfast included it is much more cheaper than buying breakfast anywhere on the island.
