Maria doesn't really speak english, but she definitely trys hard to make you feel comfortable! Also, the food is really good, you have to try the filete del pescado & banano con leche! We did not meet too many other backpackers in the 4 nights we stayed but nevertheless worth a visit.

It is little bit far from city center and bus station, but you can easily walk or take a cheap taxi. ATM, shops or restaurants are few minutes far. He brought all the guests out for dinner with his pick-up since the restaurants are not all in walking distance. He was there for us all the time and he organized the rental of a motorcycle and provided us with surfboards for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was great and cheap as well.
