The location is exceptional and the reception staff were so kind. One of them even went with us to get our car, so we could park in the lot. The other helped me arrange a ride back to Muscat. Such a nice place!

Nizwa is on its way of renovation. You can feel that it changed a lot on the last few years . House 76 is very well located , in the heart of nizwa and you can literally see the fort from the wondow. Staff is noce and the house is clean and well furnished. Perfect for families as it has apartments with more rooms and a space to make your own breakfast. Good choice!!!

Very nice, cozy, cute hotel, made with love. Rooms are nice and the decoration / design is made with taste. Location is absolutely great, in the heart of Nizwa. Parking safe and free.

Great place, very cozy, with a very friendly and helpful manager, centrally located (wuthin walking distance from the fort, the souq, and many shops and restaurants), and all for a great price (among the cheapest and most central in Nizwa). Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

The room size was pretty decent, neat, and clean, the Staffs were friendly. The bed was comfortable enough. The Wifi connection was excellent.

It is a very convenient location but you need a car to get there and move around, it is about 15 - 20 mins drive to city centre which is the main attraction but on a highway interconnection so very convenient to get in and out of the city. Hotel is basic and mostly geared for local tourists. It has all the basic amenities but not luxury by any means. We had a comfortable stay.
