The place exceeded our expectations simply because of its host Rui! Maybe the room is a bit too small but Rui is a gem! He suggested some very best sport to visit on Sao Jorge, helped to solve return time issue with car rental company, suggested few really nice restaurants and even booked few taxi rides for us. We simply forgot about all the small inconveniences in the house, becase Rui made us spend a great time in Sao Jorge and if you read this, Rui, thank you very much!

The view was amazing - we even saw dolphins from the bedroom - and the staff always helpful and nice. All around, the place was very enjoyable.

The room was small but very clean. All we needed was there. Breakfast was basic however very decent. Nice personnel. Parking space available in front of the hotel on the street. Quality vs price is good.

located a bit outside the center of Velas, but still close to everything on foot; it consists of several buildings nicely arranged among greenery; room of sufficient size, clean, with a nice view; stable internet access with good speed; breakfast basic but sufficient; comfortable bed

The suite has 2 decent sized bedrooms with king beds (2 twins together), which were very comfortable. One bedroom had a 3 piece ensuite bathroom and the other 3 piece bathroom was just down the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen had great appliances, including a washer and clothing steamer. We really enjoyed the patio area with inside views of the courtyard. It was a great location where we could easily walk to the gardens, harbour and shopping area.
