very CLEAN rooms! The AC was cold, our room had Netflix and YouTube. Also, we were able to store our food inside the refrigerator and wash our dishes in the kitchenette. It was such a pleasant experience. This is one of the best places in El Tunco. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and the beach. The linens were very clean!!! I was very impressed with the staff, who were so helpful with giving us recommendations and they spoke very good English. She even helped us book surfing lessons! Thank you so much!

It is a nice furnished apartment that is very clean. The location is very convenient as it is right at the start of the town, as other reviews indicated. The property is not flexible on the check out time, but kept our bags until we returned from our tour, which was a big help. We only stayed here for a night, but will return to spend more time at this place.

The price is great, just what we were looking for. Has a hostel vibe, relaxed, and cozy. The eating area is so nice. Food was great. Short walk to the main tourist area with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Pretty quiet. Really friendly staff. Just a great spot.
