A 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable is featured in all rooms at The Connecticut River Valley Inn Hartford South/Glastonbury. Free toiletries and a bathrobe are provided in each private bathroom. Coffee-making facilities are included.

I pretty colonial house/estate, which I understand dates back to 1740. Location is also very convenient, within walking distance to Glastonbury main street, and that more or less sums up the positives.

Location, price, surprisingly good breakfast included in a very good price. Not a huge range on the breakfast but what is there is more than adequate. Offers Bounce Luggage storage facility, and is right next to the Train and bus station with a good selection of places to eat nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall excellent value. It is cheaper than most other places and as such you’re not going to get 5 star facilities but for the price it really is excellent value.

Breakfast was good. Some hot items and others to chose from. Room was excellent with a sitting room that included a coffee table and sofa. I also had a separate sitting chair and ottoman. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I fell in love with large soft towels.

Great location by the Amtrak station as I arrived late in the evening. A short walk to Downtown or the Capitol Building. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good sized room was probably the best value for money I found in New England.

The location was great for me and the area was quite delightful. The building tenants were very nice and quiet. So that was great since I do not sleep well outside of my home.

Great location! Breakfast was good too. It's true that the building is getting old, but we found it clean and comfortable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Room wasn't clean and very outdated. Bed was stained. Shower didn't drain properly. View was horrid. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. For the amount I was charged it definitely wasn't worth it. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better amenities and alot cleaner. We were given 2 towels for 4 guests. If it wasn't non refundable I would of left straight away. The whole place smelt of weed.
