Four guestrooms are available in the main house at Mount Shasta Ranch Bed and Breakfast. A two bedroom cottage is available as well. Each room is decorated with antiques and has a private bath and seating area. Free Wi-Fi is also available in all rooms.

Great location, friendly and professional front desk, room was clean and well organized. The coffee and tea set was even nicer than the one at a famous 3-star resort hotel in Shasta where we stayed before. Trains run at midnight and early in the morning, so if you are sensitive to noise, it's better to know in advance (they provide earplugs).

She also alerted me to a serious traffic jam on the freeway that delayed my arrival over an hour, due to an accident. She put the papers I needed to sign in my room, and a dog treat, because I would arrive after the office was closed. I liked the small size and ground level of the motel, and its quaint, rural wood walkway. It was fairly convenient off the freeway, and felt secluded.AnitaSolo traveller
