The location was awe inspiring, very quiet and peaceful and the accomodation was meticulously designed and maintained with guest comfort and style par excellence! The hosts were friendly and engaging, making sure everything was taken care of and I was treated with interest and care, Chris, Benois and Florian were the perfect hosts. I went for a walk up the nearby mountain, a private and peaceful walk with magnificent views, and Chris insisted I take a radio phone to be able to contact her if I got lost! The surrounding landscape seem to be set up for guests for the hotel, it feels like you have it all to yourself. The pool and landscaped gardens are also perfected as is the designed interior by Chris herself based on her career in design and fashion. I will come back again and also consider briging clients for a retreat as the hotel is set up perfectly for that also.

Stylish and comfortable place on the edge of Pioneertown with beautiful views of the desert hills. It's proximity to the fantastic Joshua Tree NP makes it a great base to explore. Really great place cannot recommend too highly.

The room was basic but charming. The toiletries of great quality, water pressure brilliant, wifi solid. Parking super easy. Check in experience and staff faultless. No TV in the room but I kind of think that's nice.

The rooms here are spacious, easy on the eye and quite plush too like any other good hotel. The views from the sitout and gorgeous and the sky view at night is brilliant too for stargazing. Staff are great abd helpful too. Walking distance to Pappy and Harriet's.

We were able to star gaze for hours without a single man-made light polluting the skies. We enjoyed the desert scenery and hiking up the Messa. The house was spacious and modern. The décor was extravagant ...almost cartoonish (not exactly our style but entertaining). Our French host was very warm, hospitable and effervescent. The breakfast was simple but very good. It was rather pricey but it made for a memorable anniversary get-away.
