I enjoyed everything about this homestay. It is close to everything but has the perfect location to avoid the crowds and the noise. The family running the place is absolutely amazing. The youngest member speaks perfect English and the others communicate through goggle translator. The rooms are simple but comfortable, clean and cozy. As a solo traveler I felt welcome and safe all the time. totally recommended this place 💚

We had a great experience here. The charming accommodation is situated outside of the main area so it’s much more pleasant to stay vs the busy town. We thought this place was really great value for money and had a lovely vibe. Slow jazz, fire places and a pool table were on offer and the service provided by the team was second to none. Ha was the sweetest lady who couldn’t do enough for us. Overall a great stay and one we won’t forget.

The guide shared fascinating stories about the area's hidden gems. Back at the homestay, we were embraced with warm hospitality and mouthwatering meals. While our overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with occasional leeches during the trek. However, it added a thrilling touch to the adventure and made the experience even more unforgettable. The Wi-Fi connection at the homestay could also be weak due to the remote location, but it allowed us to fully disconnect and revel in the beauty around us. Our time at ZIzi Homestay was an expedition of exploration and wonder, uncovering the hidden magic of Sapa's landscapes.

Food/drink is available at the property and the brothers speak fantastic English.

    Great Hotel and Sapa Experience Really aptly named - Central and Charming. The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. Walking distance to major attractions in Sapa. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with everything you need. The host, Eric, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Sapa, using his local knowledge to give good recommendations. He even extended this into the continuation of our travels and helped us in our next destination.

    Harry (owner) and his staff team were absolutely lovely, made it feel like a home away from home! Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and amazing coffee! Staff were so attentive but no overly. Beds firm but comfortable, good wifi and air con. Great location - close to the centre but on a quieter street so you could sleep well.

    Outstanding location on top of the hill at Ta Va, really quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a huge window to enjoy a panoramic view to the valley. The host, welcomed us very late at night with an amazing dinner. He speaks very good english, and diligently helps arranging all type of activities such as private guided tours, cooking classes, drivers… for a very reasonable price. The host is a great cook, and you can enjoy traditional dishes with locally sourced products. Lastly, the whole family is so charming.

    Best hostel we visited in Vietnam! - Amazing view from the restaurant with very affordable and good food (it's better and cheaper than in the city center). - Cleanliness! Clean dorms, private rooms and bathrooms. Thick duvet is provided. - Friendly staff. They let us check-in in the middle of the night. - Price to quality ratio is the top!

    Great experience! The hotel is located close to the city centre, but it is still very quiet. Also, great view over the lake! The staff is exceptionally friendly and was very helpful. We could check in early after travelling overnight, got an upgrade and were allowed to shower and relax in another room before departure. Also, the manager arranged a great hiking tour with a private guide and a homestay in a local village for us.
