We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and lovely. We could safely park our car inside the gate. The staff was super friendly. Leaving very early was no problem.

Staff, facilities, the room, the grounds, everything was above what I expected. They even had a wine cellar! I had an amazing stay at Falaza. I highly recommend Falaza.

The rooms were beautiful (we had three). The outside area was lovely. We couldn't use the splash pools because we visited in winter but it was still great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Very friendly and helpful assistant manager (Ktane? not sure of the spelling of his name). Comfortable bed. Good hot water and pressure in the shower. The kitchenette is equipped to do some simple meal preparation (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water kettle, and toaster oven/stovetop burner combo). Good, quiet air conditioning unit. Parking available in front of our unit. Gated property felt safe and secure. SPAR supermarket within walking distance. Good location for visiting the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park via the eastern gate.

The establishment is in a quiet street and well-kept. The garden is well-maintained and I enjoyed the resting places around the property. The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was properly equipped. The host was very friendly and available when needed.
