It is a wonderful place the owner is nice the breakfast is good and there is a lot of animals around so many birds and the room is very comfortable.

The family was very welcoming, location was awsome. In 1 min walking distance you could reach the lake shore. Accomodation inside was just as indicated in the pictures provided and quite comfortable. Great breakfast was provided in the morning while fruits and wine were offered as a welcome by the amazing host family.

You can use a small kitchen if you need to, tea serving equipments are in the room, it is a mostly wooden room with Air conditioning and a nice and cosy bathroom, TV and other useful stuff. I would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect and the building and courtyard have so much character. In addition to this Pogradec is just fabulous, we were surprised and delighted.

Plenty of hot water and fast wifi. I had a great balcony with a view of the sea. Tasty breakfast included, which you can take in your room, in the dining area, or on the deck right next to the water. Daniela and her family are genuine and sweet people. Terrific hospitality. You'll feel right at home!

The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Also the common area is really chill with great lake views. They even have a paddle board to use on the lake. Next to this, Rosa is an incredible positive person and super kind host. We would love to come back some time.

At the guest house, all units are soundproof. Lin is a tiny village with very narrow streets. It was a huge bonus to have private parking nearby. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. There aren't a lot of places to eat in the village so we ate at the Vila. The food was great! However, you must let them know in advance if you would like dinner there and as we didn't, they had to scramble around while we waited for them to source ingredients for a superb meal. The entire property was supremely clean and the rooms well appointed. There were great views and a lovely garden to sit in. It is also a fantastic start off point to visit the church ruins.
