Tim was kind enough to wake up early and make us breakfast as we needed to get to the 1st bus. He even drop us off at the bus stop! 🥺 The hotel is clean and chill. Overall great experience!

Only a 2-minute walk from the famous Old Street in Huangshan, Hui Boutique Hotel offers ancient Chinese-style architecture and wooden décor. Rustic wood walls, antique sculptures and Chinese calligraphies add to the charm of this hotel. The hotel is full of old world charm and detail and was a fantastic experience; at the same time it was extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and assisted us with several issues we had navigating transportation as well as payment given we are foreigners and could not use american credit cards. We are from warm-weather climates and were a little nervous if the old structure could warm up enough at night (about 20s Fahrenheit which was cold to us!) but they have heaters and AC going and thick warm blankets. Very cozy! Delicious local wanton restaurant just a few steps away on the main street, where we had a fantastic breakfast.

The interior of the apartment is really nice and traditional. In less than 10 minutes slow walking I was able to get to the Ancient town. PS: the ticket to the ancient town is valid for 3 days
