They made sure we go to the airport on time, very early I might add, and packed a breakfast for us.

At the bed and breakfast, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Dian dian and the owner was really helpful to us in arranging transport! It was also the only inn during my whole vacation in Yunnan that has bidet and seat warmer for the toilet. Room was also very clean, breakfast was delicious. Location is inside the ancient town.

We had many meaningful conversations about the history of this place as well as the jade trade over tea time (Mrs. Fan loves tea - great opportunity to learn and taste). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and each is decorated in a style, but in general very traditional and zen! There's a public tea room, studyroom/library, and a balcony. The location is very close to the entrance of the old town, and you can walk 2 minutes straight to the bustling main street, where you can find great restaurants and charming little coffeeshops and trinket stores. We had such a great time that we decided to extend our stay. 12/10 recommended and definitely will make this our stay again this winter.
