A recently renovated property, New Rooftop Penthouse with Oceanview is located in Santa Maria near Praia António Sousa, Praia de Santa Maria and Ponta da Fragata Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is soundproof and is set 500 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows. Robert is a truly wonderful host! He made us feel welcome right away and offered to show us around Santa Maria. He helped us every day with any question we had. The apartment is really neat and modern, everything you need. Would definitely come again.

The host can bring you to the airport and other place for small amounts of money.

The room and the bed was big and very comfortable. The common bathroom is very clean. Espargos is an excellent place to discover the island Sal, the Blue Eye an the Salinas de Pedra de Lume are very close. For a next time visit I would take Rooming house without any hesitation.

He was reachable all the time and was there when we had questions. The kitchen has everything you need to cook(it even had more equipment than what I have at home in my own kitchen e.g. orange juice maker). The accommodation also offers free water which is drinkable and a lot of towels, soap, a hairdryer and even a welcome bottle of wine. Room is very clean and has mosquito protection on the balconies. On the top of the accommodation you can find a beautiful terrace to relax and hang your clothes after washing them (washing machine available in the accommodation). Peter sent us so many suggestions and names of people that offer activities, everyone will find something they like. The accommodation is located in villa verde which is almost like a small village for itself with its own supermarket which is open until 8pm. Transportation to the city is free. Bikini beach is super close and beautiful. Also u get 15% off at Bo Beach Bar.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. The place is very cosy, well located and the owner was very accommodating with a late check out due to a delayed flight.
