Very friendly reception by staff, property is extremely well kept and seems to be freshly renovated. We should have stayed longer than just one night. Spacious and sunny terrace, very cosy living/dining room with extensive choice of board games. We were here in early summer but I imagine the big fireplace must be cosy as well in cooler evenings, also in view of the well assorted bar. Breakfast excellent even by the high Czech standards.

Pension Calla is located just 50 metres from a private grassy beach on Lipno Dam. Guests can go swimming, windsurfing, yachting, fishing, cross-country skiing and ice skating at the dam.

The property has a common room with a TV, bar and board games. Also on site are a bike storage room and barbecue facilities. A boat can be rented from the Calla, and private parking is available on site free of charge. We want to spend our short holidays close to the lake, and Pension Calla was perfect choice: quiet place due that main season was finished. The place has own really nice grass beach also with place for Barbecue. The room was clean with refrigator, cooking pots, and basic equipment. The view from room window on Lipno it is amazing. The breakfast was really good and tasty. Hosts really nice and helpful. The weather was still good enough to swim.
