Located in Wintrich, within 40 km of Arena Trier and 42 km of Trier Central Station, Gästehaus Föhr provides accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely bottles of wine available at a reasonable price. The room was spacious with a great balcony and a view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was amazing with egg, cheeses, cold cuts, and lots of fruit. The bike path along the Mosel is very close so lots of opportunity for walking and biking. Nice restaurants close by as well.

The breakfast was superb, good choices. We enjoyed the tradition of the building and the freedom of the reception room downstairs. We will definitely re-visit next summer!

The setting was lovely and the grounds beautifully thought out with many separate seating areas to enjoy and gorgeous plantings throughout. The renovated main building retained its history while still being transformed into comfortable guest lodgings with every detail considered. The wonderful hosts were very gracious and welcoming, providing a comprehensive breakfast, and the animals on the grounds were adorable and entertaining. We would love to return and spend more time.

Hosts are really very friendly, helpful and made us very comfortable. Room size is ok for such price and even as We travelled with our 2 year old son, we didn't personally find space as an issue Location is too good for visiting Cochem
