Each dish is thought and prepared with loads of love and intention. Starting from picking out the best ingredients from the nearby farms to producing beautiful and delicious food. I came to this hostel and ended up at that moment the only guest staying there. A bit out of the way and tired, I didn't expect it to be the wonderful ecperience it was. All credit goes to Emerson. He's a beautiful and amazing human being I spent hours speaking with about everything and he did his absolute best to make me comfortable, not as a business but as a friend. The environment and facilities fhemselves were really creative and cool. With a group of people, I can imagine it being a place you could get stuck at!
