It is located close to the touristic destinations (Wadi Al Hitan, Wadi Al Rayyan, Qaroon lake). The neighborhood itself is quiet, green, and full of pottery schools/ workshops. It's great to see the life of the locals, take a few pictures of the local mural art. The lodge is designed based on traditional old Fayoumi building style, so you can take pictures there, too. There was a breakfast included in the stay. The lodge also had some lunch options. The room cleaning is for an extra fee. The Internet situation in the whole Fayoum is not good (no wifi), so before traveling remember to get a sim card with a decent data package.

It has 3 rooms looking over a garden with a pottery workshop. You can take pottery classes there which is what we did. Highly recommended. Quite place in tunis village!

Our stay at the Villa was amazing! We loved it so much and will be back in the near future! The location is great, close to everything, but not on the main road, so very quiet. The view from both terraces was exceptional. Lots of room for the kids to play around in the nice garden. Lots of nice place to hang out around the property. The kitchen is very well equiped and even has a laundry machine. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The staff really did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was good. They let us check in early and check out late at no extra cost, which was very well appreciated!
