It was a feel like one at his own house. The cleanliness, the ambience, facilities inside each flats. The property is surrounded by green lush nature. Easily approachable from main road. Easy reach to the beach. Home made food was delicious and value for money. It is a definitely a next visit to this property. I would recommend this property to couples or family.

We loved everything about this guesthouse. Letti has a beautiful kindness and she only wants the best for your trip and stay at her guesthouse. She is happy to supply you with any information she has. The bedroom was very clean, the sheets smelt beautiful, there was lots of light and you could open the big windows. Lots of space and hanger to put some clothes, table and a little balcony where you can hang your clothes. The bathroom had great hot water, we used the Indian bucket to wash as the shower head didn't work amazingly. (We stayed in the room with private bathroom). The communal areas were really nice, basically always a shady spot. It is surrounded by the jungle so not much noise - definitely peaceful. You can walk to Querim beach which has sunbeds and there are good activities to walk along the cliffs to Arambol and you can get the ferry across the river to see some forts. Letti does breakfast, we had dragon bowls (delicious) and scrambled eggs. Admittedly, it was nice to not have Indian for breakfast for a change.
