The AC works well and you can hear the waves as you are falling asleep. It’s just steps from the beach. The wifi works well. Everything in Agonda is easily walking distance from their place. Sunita offers a per piece laundry service. Overall they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during the duration of my stay.

We loved it here, the staff were really helpful and chilled, the food was really nice, location was perfect along the beach, only a short walk to the Palolem beach entry gate. There were always sunbeds free, the bed was comfy and it was great to have the mosquito nets as well as a precaution, although we didn't have any trouble with them. The rooms are basic, but have AC which is a big bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here.
