Recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, the rooms feature modern furnishings, wood-beamed ceilings, and tiled floors. Some have a balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette. I believe that the views from this room are the best in Riomaggiore! Paolo, the host, is very welcoming. He met us at the parking to make sure we learnt how to open and close the parking gate and walked with us all the way to the apartment telling us the history and story of his village. it’s a package experience I would say..

It is set 400 metres from Amedeo Lia Museum and offers a lift. La Spezia Centrale Train Station is 500 metres away and Mare Monti Shopping centre is 35 km from the guest house. Less than 10 minutes walk away from La Spezia station. Room was clean and there was refreshments provided. The building was safe and secure. My room even had a balcony of the street.
