The lake view Infront of the guests house is amazing. There were many birds in the lake . The room was big and clean.

The seating areas for eating and hanging out were situated amongst many plants and felt like a secret oasis in the city. The meals we had here were some of the best we had in all Sri Lanka. The best part of the experience was the hosts. They are extremely kind and welcoming. They really care about their guests and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Our time touring Anuradhapura was great, but it's our hosts that will be the most memorable.

Facing the children’s playground, the property is 3 km from Anuradhapura Airport. The property itself was located in a low key residential area with a beautiful garden. The birds at sunset were magical. We sat and had a couple beers on our balcony and were mesmerized by the diversity and jungle sounds. Shon, the property host, connected us with Lalith @ Yellow Tuk Tuk who took us around for reasonable rates. 100% excellent Sri Lankan hospitality. A/C and Fan were fabulous for good sleeping. Bathroom great also.

The place was very calm, clean and neat. The simple homely setting made us very relaxed and comfortable. Though it was not very far from the usual hustle and bustle of the city, once inside it almost gave us complete isolation. We just woke up to the singing of different tunes of birds and the breakfast made us full for the entire day. The 2 nights we stayed at Nirvana will be remembered for a very very long time from now.
