We very unexpectedly had to find accommodation in Male overnight and we were all so happy with Boutique Hotel Sala. The property was spotless and had been restored as one of only very few properties from old Male. The Thai restaurant was incredible. Mr. Thomas could not have been more helpful, including absolutely delicious coffee at 4.30am and all our travel plans supported.

The staff is exceptionally nice to accommodate you and the breakfast is really good.

The room is simple and not to big, but more than sufficient to sleep when you are in the city during the day. It was very clean and functional and the bed was very soft. More than you can expect for this low price.

The guests were very nice and always prompted to help, very welcoming too. The whole stay deserves 10/10.
