I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near Wadi Bani Khalid run by a wonderful family, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and hospitable staff, who made me feel right at home.
The hotel itself is nestled in a beautiful location, surrounded by stunning scenery and peaceful surroundings. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is also well-maintained, and clean, and has a charming traditional design that adds to the overall experience.
But what really sets this hotel apart is the family that runs it. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have the best possible experience. Mr. Mohammed Al Hajri(owner) is always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and ensure that everything is running smoothly. He even took the time to share some of their traditions and customs with me, which was a highlight of my stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wadi Bani Khalid. The combination of breathtaking scenery, comfortable accommodations, and unparalleled hospitality made for an unforgettable experience. I hope to have the opportunity to return someday and stay with this wonderful family again.

Great location - our tent was on the top of the dune providing fantastic views at sunrise (but not only). The interior of the tent is nothing fancy but comfortable and charging via USB is provided. Bathroom - in the desert sun or under the stars :-) Very good food. Camp is rather quiet. Additional attractions (like dune bashing or camel ride) available onsite. Friendly hosts. Bonfire after the dinner is a great idea.

Very welcoming host, who picked us up at the meeting point as we had no 4WD car. Large and clean tent with private bathroom right next to (2 meters from the tent entrance). Nice common area for all guests with cushioned floor seating possibilities, hot water, coffee, fresh fruits and dates. Bonfire in the evening. Desert sunset and desert night sky. On the way back, we also visited a Beduine camp, which was a nice add on.

It was a truly extraordinary experience :) The host Rashid is a wonderful man who fulfilled all our requests and desires. The resort is located in a charming place, in the middle of beautiful dunes, where there is peace and quiet. The resort has a whole set of attractions - whatever you dream of! We took a camel sunset trip and it will be an unforgettable experience. The food - delicious, the service - extraordinary, the place - wonderful. We only stayed one night, and we regret it! We would have loved to stay another night because we loved the experience, the luxury tent and all the activities (like sun rise camel riding and sunset quad biking). It is in a fantastic location higher than most other camps giving you the most spectacular view of the sunrise. Very comfortable, great host and excellent food. Everyone was super friendly! This place is highly recommended!

Super sweet efficient and considerate staff. Orange sand all around. The fantastic peace at night. The warm pool. Excellent quiet aircon. Great omelettes. Turkey and on Christmas day. Great hot shower, comfy bed in charming roomy spotless chalet. Camel riding for sunset. The fun drive to get there. It's the second time we have been to the Sharqiyah sands and they are magical.
