She was very friendly and helpful. The property is not very close to the center of town but it is close enough to walk to the pier if you take a Danube Delta Tour as I did. It is also just behind and below the Monument which isn't far to walk either. Wifi was fantastic, parking was great, bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. I highly recommend this property!!

Casa Adelmar is a recently renovated guest house in Tulcea, where guests can makes the most of its saltwater pool, free bikes and garden. The property has garden and city views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Owner is a very nice guy. he gave as really delicius fishes from grill. Queit, clean perfect place in the city center. Safe Place for car or bike. I think the best in Tulcea.
