The livingroom also had the biggest mirror I have ever seen, Just WOW. They only rent out two rooms making this a very intimate visit.

It is very nice to walk over to the Gagnef church and the floating bridge. The staff was wonderful and helpful! We had a great stay and would love to come back!

It is set 700 metres from Falun Mine and offers a shared kitchen. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. The host is absolutely wonderful; so hospitable, kind and anticipating every need. The beds were comfortable with lovely linnen, which sleeps great. The rooms spacious, the breakfast fresh & varied and location convenient. What a pity we could only stay for one night! Ps - the pictures on booking do not do justice to the lovely house built in 1750 and decorated so tastefully!

Every room features a TV and a small pentry. Guests can play table tennis on site and relax in the sauna. We spend a great weekend, the room had a good size with an private entrance that was great for the dogs. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, heated floor and towel warmer. The small kitchen in the room was great to heat food. The breakfast was very good, with fresh croissant and different options of meat. The hosts were very welcoming, helped with a lot of tips on what to do during our stay, always friendly and ready to help.

You can engage in various activities, such as skiing, golfing and hiking. The bed and breakfast also offers free use of bicycles. Falun Mine is 7 km from Olsbacka Gård, while Lugnet Sports Centre is 10 km away. Why stay in town in a boring hotel when you can get the county side luxury living just 10m from Falun center. When we arrived 2 deers were running down the field. It is like staying with family but still private. Will be back in summer time. Thank you!
