We stayed there for a few days and were absolutely thrilled: The location directly on the small river is magical and the beautiful bungalows are built in a great bamboo grove. It really comes up with a jungle feeling. The food was very tasty and authentic, real original Thai cuisine. Chef Wirot was incredibly helpful in all matters: shuttle service, great tips for excursions (including his scooter) and even took us on a private Sun Rise tour in the jungle. The food, cooked by Wirot's wife, was very tasty and authentic - real original Thai cuisine. If you want to experience the original Thailand, this is the place for you: we were the only foreigners there. We will visit the Khao Luang again and then definitely again at Wirot in the Kung Nok Tha Resort.

The nearest airport is Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport, 50 km from the bed and breakfast. Absolutely loved this place. Literally on the beach I enjoyed breakfast outside overlooking the sea. Loverly staff, really well managed. Fantastic value, would recommend again in a heartbeat.

Nai Phlao Beach is less than 1 km from the guest house and Khanom Beach is 2.6 km away. Very nice place with stunning views. Rooms are brand new. Motorcycle definitely recommended as it's approximately 1.5km to the beach. Om the owner is amazing, so friendly she really helped me and I totally appreciate everything she did. If 11/10 were possible that wd be the mark!!

Everything was provided including drinking water, coffee, fruit, a communal kitchen and relaxing areas to sit. The pool was gorgeous and the lady host was wonderful. She gave us a lovely welcome and then went out of her way to look after us. She even had our dinner delivered because the nearest restaurant is a long walk away. We enjoyed relaxing here very much. There was a warm, pleasant vibe to the whole facility and more than enough to accomodate a comfortable stay. Well worth the price!
