The homestay is really cozy, with big clean rooms and not far from the town center. Owner and his family were really helpful and friendly, helped us organize tour to caves and bus to our next stop. They also organized transfer from railway station early in the morning and let us check out late in the evening. They have a really beautiful backyard with a swimming pool, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to swim. Also the food was really delicious and cheap. Downstairs you can also buy drinks for a really cheap price. Everything was very good.

This place exceeded my expectations, -Xuan she helped us all, picked us up from the bus station and helped us book bus tickets when we left, in addition Xuan also helped us Book a ticket to Tuor Ruc Mon, one of the most beautiful caves I've ever been to. Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. Unfortunately I only stayed here one night and left early in the morning for a day tour of phong Nha caves. Easily the nicest hostel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The owner was so lovely and checked me in at 2am when my bus was delayed… the dorm was very nice with a hot shower. I didn’t get to take full advantage of this place but it was lovely. She let me leave my bag until 10pm before taking the night train to Ninh Binh.

The room was very clean, and it was away from the street. This makes it quieter. Big bed with good mattress. Water pressure was also ok. The included breakfast was the best I had in a long time. Why? Because they went the extra mile and put some tomato and cucumber on the plate as well. The lady that runs the house speaks very good English. She can help you with trips or tickets as well.
