the location is convenient to the train and to major landmarks. we liked the historic hotel building, outfitted with modern amenities. when the AC in our room wasn’t working well, the staff changed our room with no problem, we really appreciated the accommodation!

We have only good words for this hotel. The hotel was 15 min walk from Torino Porta Nuova railway and 20 min walk from Mole Antoneliana. The bus station was near the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we love that it was a daily cleaning. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very various. The reception was very nice decorated for the Holidays and the room was very clean and warm. The bed was one of the confortable beds I have ever slept in. It was a real pleasure to spent our Holidays in Best Bestern Crimea
