Best Western Plus Montreal is located in a central area of Montreal, which is close to everything. The room is clean and well arranged and it made us feel comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful which is a real plus. The hotel provides free hot tea and coffee all day long for guests, and we really enjoyed it in the cold winter of Montreal.

Best Western provides all what you need, room are clean and beds are comforfy. It is 15 mins walk to Old Quebec City. Very convenient, breakfast is very nice, it is at downstairs restaurant. Breakfast is not free, but it is good quality restaurant and price is reasonable. We love our hearty breakfast at hotel, then walk to the Old Quebec City, have coffee and French bakery. Then nice dinner at old city too. Then stroll back to hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Price is reasonable considering the location and services you are getting.

Had problem with hot water in shower and Maintenance came very fast and did good job. His name is Stephan. Good employee of Best Western Broussard!

We arrived after a flight cancellation. Very tired. The concierge was very welcoming and understanding. The breakfast was very good. There is a discount for guests in the neighbouring Pizza restaurant. The concierge in the morning was also very helpful and friendly. My wife had left her jacket in the room after checkout. They returned it immediately. No problem. They also took good care of our luggage in the store room. I was so impressed with the service given to us at Best Western that I intend to use them again on my travels.

The is ths nicest Best Western I have ever seen. The room was very nice and well kept. The staff were kind and bilingual.

The breakfast was great. I was expecting a continental breakfast and was surprised at the full breakfast. The beds are super comfortable. I slept very well. The hotel was very quiet, I did not hear any noise at all. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Best Western. I have stayed at Best Western over the years and they always gave me a wonderful stay. Great work Best Western. Thank you Best Western.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. I truly enjoyed talking with staff everyday. Upon arrival I was told management would be addressing my Indigenous Status eligibility and the reception would get back to me. I checked in on Aug 2/22, however, it was not till check out on Aug 6/22, I learnt that the Best Western would not honour my tax exemption. I was upset because I had assumed that the Hotel had as I mentioned this upon check in. Again, to my aghast they did not nor as promised connect with me to inform prior to check out.

Unlike the rest of the stay, the room was up to the high standard i choose Best Western for. Location is close to public transport and Valet parking while pricey worked well.
