Best Western Pony Soldier Inn & Suites is located in Flagstaff, 2.6 km from The North Pole Experience and 5 km from Northern Arizona University. To start with, the staff at the front desk were awesome. JJ, Talia, and Renaissance were absolutely unbelievable. These young men and women did everything they could do to make sure our stay was incredible. Because of the way they presented BW Pony Soldier Inn, we will be staying at this hotel from now on. Our granddaughter attends NAU and will be there for at least 4 years so we will be there many times as will her aunt and mom and cousin. One investment in high-quality customer care will pay big dividends for this facility.
