The internet connection was fast. It was easy to get an Uber to go to the pier from which we got a boat to Ilha Grande. The hotel's location is quiet, a little bit off the hustle and bustle of downtown Angra. Good parking space.

If you come by car, the security guard at the settlement's entrance will issue a visitor's pass. Then you can drive to the house and park next to it. The room was very clean and the English speaking host was very welcoming and helpful. Aircon worked well, nice bathroom. A small food market is within short walking distance.

The owner was extremely friendly and couldn’t have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She went out of her way to arrange a wonderful boat trip, supplied us with towels and even brought us bread from the local backery. Everthing was very clean, a very beautiful view from the room and terrace and superbe breakfast. The stay is located near Praia da Longa, a low key fisherman's village without much tourism. Amazing place to relax. The hosts took care of everything and were very helpful (both in practical things as in organizing amazing boat tours). If you want a personal and unique stay on Ilha Grande, stay here :)
