The staff was super friendly and helpful, helped me book the boat trip on my first day, helped me book the transfer back to Rio, and allowed me to wait in the lobby the night after check out when my flight was delayed. When I asked for additional equipment (hair dryer) they supplied immediately. The location was absolutely center of the center.
